[k6arc] Mobile net checkins

I was just making a suggestion, being mobile does not restrict anyone from
checking in. The suggestion I was making would be a courtesy to Members that
are mobile.

I know that some of the NCS, do ask for mobile stations at the beginning of
the net. But if you read the 'Net Script' there is no provision for mobiles.
I do appreciate the NCS that do ask for mobile at the beginning.

Anyways, there is another 2 cents worth.
