Well, I do not what this to be another JD, God rest his soul, issue.

So, let me nip this is the bud.

The CARS net asks for check ins from mobile stations, before the formal roll
call.
The TCARES net asks for mobile, portable, emergency powered and battery
powered stations before they begin formal roll call.

I was under the impression that the net script was a living document. If it
is not, then forget I ever made the suggestion.
