Some members have wandered off the reservation and lost track of good net proceedures. 

1) keep transmissions short and to the point. This includes officers reports and special announments.

2) Net CONTROL keep CONTROL of the net. 

3)Handling REVERSE AUTO PATCH CHECKINS. When the repeater phone rings, Net Control says "Stand by for a auto patch checkin." Net control punches in the code to take the call, accepts the checkin, thanks the caller and disconnects the auto patch.
