[k6arc] Volcano.Net email issues

So... for another non profit i work with i was talking about email
non-delivery today and spoke with an engineer at Volcano.net about inbound
mail to volcano not working.  This is a known issue and theyre working on
it..  in the meantime volcano.net addresses may not get mail from lists
hosted on the internet, like this one.

of course, if you have this problem, youre not going to see this note....
however if you talk to someone who says theyre not getting email and theyre
using a volcano.net address, this might be why.

Note that volcano.net addresses can send email fine, its receiving from non
volcano.net addresses that may be broken.
