[k6arc] Mobile net checkins

What would make her think she could not check in just because she is mobile?
Conversely, we don't call for fixed-land checkins either, but 30 some-odd stations check in anyway.

I received a call from KI6UTW, asking me why the Net does not ask for mobile
checkins?
She told me she was sitting in the car for over a half an hour, waiting to
be called to check in.
 
The net policy reads that a person must check in twice in a month to remain
on the roll.
So that she will not be removed from the roll, she sat in her car waiting,
making her late for class.
 
I am suggesting to the Net Manager that the net script, make allowances at
the beginning of the net for Members that are mobile.
