[k6arc] Mobile net checkins

I think what is being proposed here is to have a separate time for those 
people whom are mobile to check in first. Case in point, someone driving 
to a class. If there was a time at the beginning to check-in mobile it 
may eliminate being late for it.

I am not entirely sure of this idea, but it's an interesting one.
